The Black International film festival is a creative media lead event, base in the heart of England. Located in Birmingham, the festival is primarily located for easy assessable from all parts of the country, with convenient access to all our events. Through our collective work, the festival continue to create accessible platforms and opportunities for all with a focus on the black creative sector . The term black in is used to describe ethnic minority people as it is our belief that through diversity comes prosperity so its our aim is to create more opportunities for minority people in the film industry. This however does not mean the festival is exclusive to people of colour..
The BIF Festival – [ Black International Film Festival ], which is now in its fourth year of existence and continue to be a film festival with a difference, incorporating music, live arts and education providing platforms for practitioners and film makers to exhibit their creative talents.
